Welcome to the Plume of Feathers Golf Society website
Our society was founded in the bar of the Plume of Feathers, Harley, Shropshire late one evening in March 1995 after consumption of a few pints of quality ale. Our first outing was held at Trentham Park in April 1995 with eight players attending.
Since those days we have gone from strength to strength, drawing our members from Shropshire and the Black Country. Our membership has now grown to around fifty, having an average turn out of thirty at our regular outings.
We normally hold events every month all
through the year, mainly playing a Stableford format, competing for numerous trophies combined with an annual order of merit.
